1. Purpose

These Terms set out the basic rules for using Vibe Chart (vibe-chart.app, the “Service”), operated by Boundary Crosser (the “Operator”).

2. The Service

The Service is a directory of links to online spaces (metaverses, web-based spaces, etc.) made by independent creators. It offers:

No sign-up is required.

3. Submitting a space

  1. Only submit spaces you made or have the right to list.
  2. The Operator reviews submissions and may decline, or later remove, anything that doesn’t fit the Service or breaks these Terms.
  3. By submitting, you agree that the space’s title, description, preview image (including the site’s og data) and URL may be shown on the Service, translated and lightly edited for display.
  4. To edit or remove a listed space, use “Request an edit/removal” in the footer. Changes are applied after we confirm you are the owner.

4. External sites

Listed spaces are external sites run by their creators. The Operator is not responsible for their content, safety, privacy practices, or any issue arising from their use. Links to external sites may carry referral tags (such as utm_source).

5. Chat

  1. Chat nicknames are assigned automatically, and messages are visible to other users in real time.
  2. Do not post abuse, hate or harassment, sexual content, ads or spam, other people’s personal information, or anything illegal.
  3. The Operator may delete such messages and restrict the user’s access to chat.
  4. Chat is for live conversation; messages are deleted automatically after a while (at most 24 hours).

6. Prohibited conduct

7. Rights

The Service’s design, code and curated list belong to the Operator. Each listed space, and its images and text, belongs to its creator.

8. Changes and interruptions

The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service. It is a free, independently run service and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or outages.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service or visits to external sites. Indicators such as server status and response time are for reference only and may be inaccurate.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will announce changes on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
